After Eileen Carlins lost her infant daughter Rachel Ann in 1980, she spent the next 36 years supporting and educating others on SIDS and safe sleep. In honor of Eileen, who is no longer with us, we continue her mission of remembering Rachel and all the babies gone too soon.
