After receiving her Bachelors in Software Engineering, Karli concluded that returning to the classroom to pursue a Masters Degree was a must. The ever-changing technology felt overwhelming after taking a year off to care for her new baby, Roselena, after graduation. Karli knew for sure that she was interested in Project Management; after all, she always took the lead on projects small and large in the past. She was in her comfort zone grabbing the reigns on group projects and leading the way. She also knew that she was determined to raise Roselena to understand what a strong female leader looked like. Karli decided to pursue her Masters in IT Project Management at Robert Morris University. While pursuing this degree, Karli came to Cribs for Kids as an intern to help us navigate the IT aspect of our growth plan. Within days of working with Karli, we knew that she was something special. She exudes a quiet, calm confidence and a work ethic that is beyond compare. The saying, still waters run deep, comes to mind when describing Karli. There is a strength, intelligence, and genuine kindness that comes across when you talk to her, and she is a perfect fit with the culture that we strive to create in the office. We were thrilled when Karli accepted a full-time position with us as our Product Distribution Manager. With a woman like her orchestrating our growth – the sky’s the limit. Welcome to the team, Karli!
